Shipping policy

In stock items will ship within 3-5 days. Please note that this does not include shipping times for the USPS. Once packages are dropped off, we have no control over the amount of time it will take for the USPS to deliver your package.  As always, the USPS does give estimated arrival dates, but those are not a guarantee. If you are having issues tracking your package, please let us know and we will help you. 

Custom orders will ship within 6-8 weeks as long as I have all ingredients on hand at the time of the order. If a custom fragrance, color, or ingredient is requested and need to be ordered, please allow an additional 2 weeks. As with all cold or hot processed soap, cure times are a minimum of 4 weeks. If you plan on cutting the soaps yourself or need soaps earlier for packaging, I will ship earlier than the cure date, but customers are responsible for allowing soaps to fully cure before they are used.
