Returns & Cancellations
Because our products are personal care items, we’re not able to accept returns. Thank you for understanding!
If you placed an order for in-stock items and need to cancel, please reach out to me as soon as possible—I’ll do my best to help. Once your items have shipped, cancellations are no longer available.
(Please note that cancellations aren’t available for large custom orders.)
Damages & Issues
I want you to be happy with your order. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me right away. I’ll review the situation and make it right.
